Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je fundraising ve vybrané neziskové organizaci. Vybranou neziskovou organizací je Salesiánské středisko Štěpána Trochty dům dětí a mládeže v Teplicích, které nabízí rozsáhlou škálu služeb nejen dětem a mládeži, ale také poskytuje pomoc rodině jako celku a všem lidem, kteří se ocitli v nelehké životní situaci. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza fundraisingových aktivit a návrh na jejich zlepšení pro neziskovou organizaci. Teoretické zakotvení práce se zaměřuje na teoretické vysvětlení různých aspektů fundraisingu v obecné rovině, ale také především na konkrétní popis fundraisingových aktivit z různého pohledu autorů. Praktická část této práce se zabývá analýzou fundraisingových aktivit v konkrétní neziskové organizaci, které předchází představení neziskové organizace z pohledu marketingového mixu pro neziskové organizace. Součástí praktické části diplomové práce je také dotazníkové šetření, které je orientované na obyvatele Teplic a jehož cílem je především zjistit povědomí respondentů o existenci zkoumané neziskové organizace, ale také zmapovat jejich postoj k dárcovství neziskovým organizacím. Nejen samotná analýza fundraisingových aktivit ve vybrané neziskové organizaci, ale také výsledky dotazníkového šetření slouží jako podklad pro možný návrh nové fundraisingové aktivity pro vybranou neziskovou organizaci.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is fundraising in selected non-profit organization. Selected non-profit organizations Salesiánské středisko Štěpána Trochty dům dětí a mládeže in Teplice, which offers an extensive range of services both for children and youth, but also provides assistance to the family as a whole and all the people who find themselves in a difficult situation. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of fundraising and proposal of improvement for a non-profit organization. Theoretical ground work focuses on theoretical explanations of the various aspects of fundraising in general, but also on the specific description of fundraising activities from a different perspective of the authors. The practical part deals with the analysis of fundraising activities in a particular non-profit organization, which precedes the presentation of non-profit organizations from the perspective of the marketing mix for nonprofit organizations. The practical part of the thesis is also a questionnaire, which is oriented to the residents of Teplice, whose aim is to find out respondents' awareness of the existence of surveyed non-profit organization, but also to survey their attitude towards donation to non-profit organizations. Not only by the analysis of fundraising activities in selected non-profit organization, but also the results of the survey serve as a basis for a possible proposal for a new fundraising activity for the selected non-profit organization.
