Meta-analýza microarray experimentov je v súčasnej dobe jednou z najaktuálnejších tém výskumu v analýze microarray dát. V súčasnosti chýba analytický nástroj, ktorý by poskytoval možnosť analýzy viacerými metódami, poskytujúc zároveň výstup, ktorý by umožnil výsledky vzájomne porovnať.
