Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl analyzovat obtížná rozhodnutí ve filmech Otec rodiny, Pan Nikdo a Příchozí. Filmy využívají prvku obtížné volby k zobrazení vlastního chápání správného chování. Správné jednání je zobrazováno jako ignorantské buď vůči tomu, kdo rozhoduje, anebo vůči ostatním ovlivněným touto volbou. Abstract:
This Master’s thesis aims to analyse difficult choices in the movies The Family Man, Mr. Nobody, and Arrival. It argues that the movies use the element of a difficult choice to depict their own understanding of right conduct. The right action is depicted as ignorant towards either the decision-maker or others affected by the choice. Its consequences include the main character striving to accomplish …more
