Cílem této práce je navrhnout zlepšení procesu přenosu personálních a mzdových dat dodatového skladu ve společnosti Kaufland Česká republika v.o.s. a zhodnotit a zanalyzovatdopad GDPR na tento proces. K naplnění cílů práce byla použita metodika DMAIC.Navržená zlepšení spočívá především v redukování množství vyhodnocovaných dat a obecněodstranění plýtvání a eliminaci chybovosti procesu. The goal of this Master’s Thesis is to suggest improvement of the process of transfer personaland payroll data to the data warehouse in company Kaufland Česká republika v.o.s. andevaluate and analyze impact of GDPR on this process.
