Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vymezení institutu trestněprávní odpovědnosti mladistvých s poukazem na její jednotlivé znaky: věk, příčetnost a rozumovou a mravní vyspělost, a dále na zánik trestní odpovědnosti dle zákona č. 218/2003 Sb. This thesis focuses on the definition of the institute of criminal liability of juveniles, with reference to its individual characteristics: age, mental capacity and intellectual and moral maturity, and futhure on the termination of criminal liability, according to the Act no. 218/2003 Coll.
