Working from home in the Customer Journey department during the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o práci z domova v období pandemie covid-19 na oddělení Customer Journey (VX). Cílem teoretické části je definovat základní pojem práce z domova dle interní směrnice vybrané společnosti a také z pohledu odborných studií. Pro lepší porozumění těchto jevů je téma rozšířeno o historické a právní pozadí. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit, jakým způsobem probíhala práce z domova, a definovat, jaké změny se promítly do následného každodenního fungování společnosti. Praktická část se věnuje výzkumu, který je proveden formou dotazníkového šetření. Tento výzkum zkoumá vývoj práce z domova na vybraném oddělení, a to z pohledu řádových i vedoucích pracovníků. Na základě výsledků je vypracováno návrh na řešení a zavedení příslušných opatření, které mohou sledovanému oddělení sloužit jako příručka.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is about working from home during the covid-19 pandemic in the Customer Journey (VX) department. The aim of the theoretical part is to define the basic concept of working from home according to the internal guidelines of the selected company and also from the perspective of professional studies. For a better understanding of these phenomena, the topic is expanded with historical and legal background. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate how homeworking was carried out and to define what changes have been reflected in the subsequent daily functioning of the company. The practical part is devoted to the research, which is conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey. This research examines the development of homeworking in a selected department, from the perspective of both rank and file and managers. Based on the results, a proposal is made for solutions and implementation of appropriate measures that can serve as a guide to the department under study.
