Management of regional hospitals in Karvina district

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměří na problematiku financování a hospodaření krajských zdravotnických zařízení. Cílem bakalářské práce bude vyhodnotit hospodaření vybraných krajských nemocnic. Teoretická část práce se bude zabývat vymezením základních pojmů, právní úpravou financování a hospodaření zdravotnických zařízení. Praktická část práce se konkrétně zaměří na hospodaření krajských nemocnic v Karviné a Havířově v letech 2019 - 2021. U těchto nemocnic bude zejména na základě účetních závěrek a výročních zpráv analyzováno a srovnáváno jejich hospodaření z hlediska majetku, nákladů, výnosů a výsledků hospodaření. Na základě poznatků z teoretické a praktické části bude provedeno zhodnocení hospodaření obou nemocnic a navržena případná doporučení do budoucna. práci budou použity zejména metody analýzy, deskripce a komparace. V bakalářské práci budou použity zejména metody analýzy, deskripce a komparace.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis will focus on the issue of financing and management of regional health facilities. The aim of the bachelor thesis will be to evaluate the management of selected regional hospitals. The theoretical part of the work will deal with the definition of basic terms, the legal regulation of financing and management of medical facilities. The practical part of the work will specifically focus on the management of the regional hospitals in Karviná and Havířov in the years 2019 - 2021. In the case of these hospitals, their management will be analyzed and compared in terms of assets, costs, revenues and financial results, especially on the basis of financial statements and annual reports. Based on the findings from the theoretical and practical part, the management of both hospitals will be evaluated and any recommendations for the future will be proposed. the work will mainly use methods of analysis, description and comparison. In the bachelor thesis, the methods of analysis, description and comparison will be used in particular.
