Abstract:
Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je uvedení právních opatření, která byla přijata v boji proti financování terorismu. Nejprve budou uváděny obecná opatření, potom zvláštní. První část práce bude věnována obecně terorismu a opatření proti němu. Druhá část bude zaměřena na jednotlivá opatření vydaná pro zamezení financování terorismu.
Abstract:
The subject of my bachelor thesis is introduction of legal measures which were accepted against financing terrorism. First will be introduced general measures, then special ones. In the first part of thesis will be paid attention to terrorism generally and also to measures against it. The second part will be dedicated to individual measures issued for prevention of financing terrorism.
