Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kompetence manažera jako základní faktor ovlivňující schopnost vykonávat management v 21. století. Hlavním cílem je popsat nejdůležitější manažerské kompetence. V praktické části je bakalářská práce zaměřena na komparaci práce manažera ve veřejné správě a v soukromém sektoru.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on manager's competencies as a basic factor influencing the ability to perform management in the 21st century. The main objective is to describe the most important managerial competencies and to find out the differences between manager's work in public administration and in the private sector.
