Abstract:
Rostlinné sacharidy a proteiny přítomné v oblíbených nápojích byly studovány separačními a strukturními metodami. Abstract:
Plant saccharides snd proteins present in popular beverages were studied by separation and structural methods. A fast snd cheap method for checking the quality of fruit juices was developed. This method is based on measuring concentrations of mono and disaccharides by capillary electrophoresis and high performance liquid chromatography and MALDI-TOF MS for detection of oligosaccharides.
