Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací zimní údržby na vybraném úseku pozemních komunikací v okrese Strakonice.Teoretická část práce pojednává o legislativě související se zimní údržbou, technologiích zimní údržby a o optimalizačních metodách, teorii grafů a jejím využití s vazbou na návrh optimalizačního řešení okruhu pro údržbové mechanismy.Další část práce je věnována obeznámení se s organizací Správa a údržba silnic Jihočeského kraje, závod Strakonice, která zabezpečuje zimní údržbu, s konkrétním vybraným úsekem pozemních komunikací a zhodnocením dosavadního způsobu provádění zimní údržby. Využitím metod uvedených v teoretické části je provedena optimalizace trasy. Výsledky optimalizace jsou porovnány s aktuálním stavem a na závěr ekonomicky zhodnoceny

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of winter maintenance on the stretch of road in the District of Strakonice.The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the legislation related to winter maintenance, winter maintenance technologies and optimization methods, graph theory and its usage in relation to the proposal of an optimization solution for circuit maintenance mechanisms.Another part of the work is devoted to the understanding of organizations, Správa a údržba silnic Jihočeského kraje, závod Strakonice, which ensures winter maintenance, with a specific selected stretch of road and the appreciation of the present the way the implementation of winter maintenance. Using the methods provided in the theoretical part of the route optimization is performed. Optimization results are compared with the current state and finally economically evaluated.
