Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji genovému inženýrství rostlin a jeho využití v propůjčení rezistence k rostlinným patogenům. Patogen napadající rostlinnou buňku v ní vyvolává obrannou odpověď prostřednictvím interakcí mezi rostlinnými receptory a patogenními elicitory. Abstract:
In this thesis, I focus on genetic engineering of plants and its use to confer resistance to plant pathogens. Pathogen attacking plant cell causes defensive response through interactions between plant receptors and pathogen derived elicitors.
