Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na tělesnou zdatnost u dětí na 1. stupni základní školy. Také zkoumá vliv prostředí, ve kterém vyrůstají, na tělesnou zdatnost. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmy, jako je pohyb, pohybová aktivita, tělesná zdatnost, zdravotně orientovaná zdatnost, její diagnostika a možnosti měření. Ve výzkumné části je popsán průběh a výsledky testování, kterého se zúčastnili žáci 4. ročníků základních škol v Terezíně, Brozanech nad Ohří a Křešicích.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis deals with testing of health-relate fitness of lower primary school pupils. Simultaneously, it examines the environment that influences their fitness. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with movement, physical aktivity, the health-related fitness, its diagnostics and measurement. It also includes some chapters dealing with lower primary age, motion and physical activity. The practical part is done by using UNifittest. The progress and results of testing of 4th grade pupils from primary schools in Terezín, Brozany nad Ohří and Křešice.
