Lokální síťování služeb pro ohrožené děti a jejich rodiny

Abstract:

Jako téma své práce jsem zvolila Lokální síťování služeb pro ohrožené děti a jejich rodiny, zvolila jsem teoretickou formu práce a v rámci ní metodu kompilace. Lokální síťování síťování služeb pro ohrožené děti a jejich rodiny je součástí reformy systému sociálně – právní ochrany dětí, která v současné době probíhá v České republice. Lokální síťování je jedním ze způsobů, jak hodnotit, vytvářet a udržovat funkční lokální sítě podpory pro ohrožené děti a jejich rodiny. Lokální sítě jsou založeny na naplňování potřeb dětí a jsou tvořeny aktéry ze všech oblastí, které mají vliv na situaci ohrožených dětí a jejich rodin na daném území. Tito aktéři představují uzly sítě a  jejich vztahy jsou spojnicemi těchto uzlů. Díky spolupráci v síti mohou aktéři sdílet své zdroje v podobě poznatků, zkušeností a kontaktů, rozdělit si práci při podporování svých klientů tak, že nedochází k jejímu dublování, a  koordinovaně, flexibilně a  komplexně pomáhat klientům při naplňování jejich potřeb. Díky různým úhlům pohledu, který do práce s ohroženými dětmi a jejich rodinami vnáší aktéři různých oblastí, je snazší vnímat klienta ne jako osamocenou individualitu, ale jako součást širších sociálních systémů, které jeho situaci ovlivňují, a podobně také chápat jeho problém jako pravděpodobně součást komplexu problémů. V rámci probíhající spolupráce a nastavování nových forem spolupráce aktérů z různých oblastí se v síti objevují nové postupy a nápady, které nejenom, že pomáhají řešit stávající problémy, ale přispívají k i dalšímu rozvoji sítě. Dobrou spolupráci aktérů v síti přitom zakládá respektující přístup jednotlivých aktérů mezi sebou navzájem, vyjasnění role jednotlivých aktérů v síti, definování společného cíle a také sjednocení jazyka při komunikaci mezi aktéry rozdílných oblastí péče.

Abstract:

As the topic of my work I’ve chosen “Local networking of services for neglected and abused children and their families.” I’ve chosen a theoretical form with the method of compilation. Local networking of services for neglected and abused children and their families is a part of the social-law protection of children reform, that is currently underway in the Czech Republic. Local networking is one of the ways to evaluate, create and maintain functional local networks of support for neglected and abused children and their families. Local nets are based on fulfilling the needs of children and are created by actors, from all the agends, that have influence on the situation of the neglected and abused children and their families, and that operate on the given area. These actors represent the nodes of the network and their relationships are the connections between the nodes. Thanks to their cooperation the actors can share their resources in the form of knowledge, experiences and contacts, they can divide their work supporting their clients in such a way, so there isn’t any doubling, and can assist the fulfilments of client’s needs in a coordinated. flexible and complex manner. Thanks to the differing points of view from different agends that the actors bring to the work with neglected and abused children, it is easier to perceive the client not as a lone individuality but as a part of greater social systems that influence client’s situation and their problem as just a part of more complex problems. As part of the ongoing cooperation and setting up of new forms of cooperation between actors from differing agends in the network there appear new methods and ideas, that not only help solve current problems but help in further development of the network. Good cooperation between actors in a network is based upon mutual respect of actors, clarification of roles of individual actors inside the network, setting up a common goal and unification of language in communication between actors from different agends of care.
