Derivatives of 2,4–dimethylglycoluril
Abstract:
Vzhledem ke své struktuře a vlastnostem je glykoluril vhodnou sloučeninou pro syntézu makrocyklů, oligomerů a molekulárních klips se specifickými supramolekulárními vlastnosti. V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme různým cestám přípravy 1,5-difenyl-2,4-dimethylglykolurilu a jeho potenciálního využití jako stavebního bloku pro přípravu makrocyklů.
Abstract:
For its structure and propeties, glycoluril is a suitable compound for the synthesis of macrocycles, glycoluril oligomers, and molecular clips with specific supramolecular properties. In this thesis we study different routs for the synthesis of 1,5-diphenyl-2,4-dimethylglycoluril and its potential use as a building block for the preparation of macrocyclic structures.
