Methodology for determination of financial health of the small company

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout a zhodnotit metodiku hodnocení finančního zdraví malého podniku použitelnou v praxi. V teoretické části popíši metody finanční analýzy a definuji pojem malý podnik. V praktické části nejdříve provedu finanční analýzu konkrétního malého podniku s doporučením optimalizace finančního zdraví. Na tomto základě následně vyberu metody a ukazatele použitelné v praxi pro majitele a management malé firmy. Ověření provedu porovnáním výstupů finanční analýzy a závěrů získaných z navržené redukované metodiky hodnocení finančního zdraví.

Abstract:

The aim of this Thesis is to propose and evaluate the Methodology for determination of financial health of the small company applicable in practice. In the theoretical part I will describe methods of financial analysis and define the concept of small business. In the practical part of the first make a financial analysis of the specific small business with the recommendation of its financial health optimization. On this basis, I will select the method and parameters applicable in practice for owners and management of small companies. I will verificate the method by comparing the outputs of the financial analysis and outputs of the reduced proposed metodology for determinativ of financial health.
