Abstract:
Diplomová práce nahlíží na mentoring jako na nástroj kariérového rozvoje. Cílem je zjistit, jak mentoring probíhá a jak může pomáhat mentee v kontextu kariérového rozvoje. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části práce se zaměřuji na vymezení pojmů kariéra a kariérový rozvoj. Abstract:
The thesis deals with mentoring as a career development tool. The aim is to determine how mentoring take place in mentee´s career development. This work is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part deals with explanation of basic terms – career and career development. I focus on classification of career development tools and then I devote to mentoring as a one of this tools …more
