Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o aditivech v potravinách a jejich vlivu na zdraví člověka. Úvodní kapitola je věnována obecnému přehledu, historii a testování přídatných látek. Dále je v bakalářské práci uvedeno rozdělení přídatných látek a jejich nejvýznamnější zástupci. This bachelor thesis concerns with additives in food and their influence on human health. The opening chapter is dedicated to general overview, history and testing of supplementary stuff.
