Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá rozsahem poskytování veřejných služeb bývalého okresu Opava v závislosti na jejich velikosti. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda struktura a rozsah poskytování vybraných služeb závisí právě na velikosti obce. Teoretická část je zaměřena na samotné vymezení veřejných služeb a jejich financování. The thesis deals with the range of public services provided in the former Opava district depending on their size. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the structure and extent of provision of selected services depends on the size of the municipality.
