Předložená diplomová práce se věnuje kolektivní správě práv autorských v oblasti výtvarného umění na území České republiky. Práce je zaměřena na zobrazovací výtvarné umění, zejména na malířství, sochařství a fotografii. Presented master thesis is covering a topic of collective management of copyright law in the field of visual arts in the Czech Republic. The thesis is focused on visual arts, especially painting, sculpture and photography.
