Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem strategické analýzy vybraného podniku. Cílem této práce je formulace finanční strategie pro společnosti HERBONA, s. r. o., která se zabývá výkupem, nákupem a zpracování bylin a koření. This Master Thesis deals with the topic of strategic analysis of the selected company. The goal of this thesis is the formulation of a financial strategy for the company HERBONA, s. r. o., which deals with the purchase and processing of herbs and spices.
