Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma probace a mediace z pohledu sociálních pracovníků. Práce je členěna na dvě části, na teoretickou a praktickou část. The diploma thesis is focused on the topic of the probation and mediation from the perspective of social workers. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part.
