Tato práce se skládá ze čtyř částí. V první části obecně popisuje lázeňství v České republice a jeho vývoj a geografické rozložení. Další část popisuje platné zákony a normy upravující oblast lázeňství v ČR. Na tyto předchozí části navazuje kapitola věnovaná jednotlivým organizacím zastřešujícím české lázeňství. This paper consists of four parts. The first part describes the development of spa resorts and their geographical positions in the Czech Republic. Next part describes describes applicable laws and regulations governing the spas in the country and it is followed by a chapter describing the Czech spa umbrella organizations.
