Obsahem diplomové práce je zhodnocení procesu plánování projektu ve vzdělávání zaměstnanců a jejich specifika na konkrétním případu znovuotevření hotelu Imperial v Praze v roce 2007. V aplikační části jsou provedeny analýzy cílů, aktivit a rizik. V další části je sestaven rozpočet a časový plán vzdělávání zaměstnanců rozdělený dle jednotlivých úseků. The content of my thesis is the evaluation of project planning on educational field and it´s specification on particular example of reopening of the hotel Imperial in Prague in 2007. The application carried out the analysis of goals, activities and risks. It is followed by budget spread and time schedule divided by particular departments.
