Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda působení lokálního chladu ovlivní anaerobní výkon u skupiny 17 studentů tělesné výchovy a sportu, hodnocený Wingate testem. V teoretické části práce jsme se zaměřili na sportovní výkon, termoregulaci, chlad, a jak obecně působí tyto vlivy na organismus člověka. Dále jsme se zabývali anaerobním výkonem a jeho testováním. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to contribute, what is the influence of local cold on anaerobic performance measured in a group of 17 students of physical education and sport, evaluated by the Wingate test. In the theoretical part of the thesis we have focused on a sport performance, thermoregulation, coldness and how these influences generally affect the human organism.
