Agenda electronic records management system for study agenda at the university

Abstract:

Tato práce má za cíl nastudovat oblast spisové služby v závislosti na prostředí vysoké školy v České republice. Cílem této závěrečné práce je navrhnout agendového řešení spisové služby jako vnitřního modulu Univerzitního informačního systému, který plně pokryje potřeby studijní agendy na vysoké škole, a bude tak splňovat všechny legislativní požadavky odpovídající provozu na české veřejnoprávní vysoké škole. Dalším cílem je pak zpracování proof of concept tohoto řešení, které bude v práci podrobně rozebráno a zhodnoceno.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to study the field of filing services depending on the environment of a university in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to propose an agenda solution of the filing service as an internal module of the University Information System, which will fully cover the needs of the study agenda at the university and thus meet all legislative requirements corresponding to the operation at a Czech public university. The next goal is to develop a proof of concept of this solution, which will be discussed and evaluated in detail in the thesis.
