Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována syndromu s názvem Patauův. Řadí se mezi genetická onemocnění, které se projevuje trizomií na 13. chromozómu. Práce se zabývá charakteristikou tohoto onemocnění, historií, dále diagnostikou a následnou terapií.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is dedicated to a syndrome called Patau's. It is one of genetic diseases that manifests itself in trisomy on chromosome 13. The thesis deals with the characteristics of this disease, history, diagnostics, and subsequent therapies.
