Abstract:

Abstrakt Předmětem této bakalářské práce je potvrzení mé domněnky, zda v dnešní době, kdy jsme svědky výrazného hospodářského a ekonomického růstu celé společnosti a zároveň tak i silné konkurence na trhu, je výhodou když se firma řídí normami jakosti, nabízí služby na standardizované úrovni a kvalitě. Jestli je pro společnosti přínosem zavádět systém managementu kvality a jestli toto vede ke zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti. Prosperující firmy by se měli soustředit na jediný cíl a to je na samém konci spokojený zákazník. Když se firma rozhodne, že si zavede systém řízení jakosti, posílí to v samotném výsledku její postavení na trhu a důvěru zákazníků a bude to firmě přinášet dlouhodobý prospěch? Práce se skládá ze tří částí. První část je nazvaná „Teoretická část“, zde je popsáno teoretické zpracování jakosti včetně historie, dále je zde vysvětlen pojem služba a seznámení s problematikou zavádění kvality dle normy řady ISO 9000 do společnosti. Druhá část je nazvaná „ Praktická část“, zde je na konkrétní firmě, Rapid, akciová společnost, popsáno jak společnost procházela různými transformacemi a začala realizovat zavedení systému jakosti do praxe. Třetí část nazvaná „Závěr“ zamyšlení nad celou problematikou, zda i v budoucnu budou přibývat či ubývat certifikované firmy typu Rapid, akciová společnost, neboť ve veřejných soutěžích již nebude součástí kvalifikačních požadavků na zájemce o tyto zakázky.

Abstract:

Abstract The subject of this dissertation is to confirm my assumption if at present days, witnessing the considerable economic growth of the whole society and in the same time the big competitiveness on the market, it is the advantage when the company follows the quality norms, offers the services of the standard level and quality. If introducing the quality management systems are of benefit to companies and if it leads to competitive advantage increase. Prosperous companies should concentrate on the only goal which is the satisfied customer. When the company decides to implement the quality management system, will it strengthen in the final result its position on the market and customers´ confidence? Will it bring a long-term profit to the company? The dissertation consists of three parts. The first part is called “Theoretical part”. Theory of quality processing, including history, is described here as well as the concept of service and introduction of the problems connected to implementation of quality standards ISO 9000 in the company are explained. The second part is called “Practical part”. In this part, it is described on the particular joint-stock company Rapid, how it faced different transformations and started to apply the quality management into practice. The third part, “Conclusion”, is the reflection of the whole issue, if also in future the number of certified companies of Rapid type, joint-stock company, will increase or decrease because in the public competitions, it will not be any more the part of the qualification requirements on the applicants for these contracts.
