Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na fenomén záchranářství, konkrétně na rychlou záchrannou službu. V práci je popsáno fungování lidských složek, jaké mají mezi sebou pracovníci vztahy a jak vše ovlivňuje jejich život a práci. This diploma thesis focuses on a phenomenon pertaining to Paramedics, specifically in the Emergency Service. It describes the relationships between the various members of the emergency personnel and how their simple, humanistic, everyday functioning affects their lives and influences their work.
