Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce s názvem ?Hranice vztahu mezi klientem a sociálním pracovníkem: narativní analýza příběhů hranic z perspektivy sociálních pracovníků? je zaměřena především na oblast vztahu s klientem v sociální práci, na jeho rizika a potřebu nastavení hranic. Hlavním cílem této práce je pomocí narativní analýzy identifikovat různé oblasti hranic ve vztahu, důvody, které pracovníky vedou k jejich nastavení, možná překračování hranic ze strany klientů a dále nástroje sloužící k regulaci. Celá práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část je věnována metodologii výzkumu, tedy výběru respondentů na základě předem daných kritérií a dále jejich stručné charakteristice. Dále je zde popisován postup zpracování dat a stručně přestavena metoda narativní analýzy. Druhá část je zaměřena na vztah klienta a sociálního pracovníka a jeho vývoj s ohledem na budování a udržování hranic. Třetí část, tedy stěžejní pro celou práci, je plně věnována problematice hranic ve vztahu s klientem, jejím podobám a nástrojům k jejich regulaci. Všechny kapitoly jsou doplněny výroky respondentů k ucelení celého tvrzení a rámce této práce.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis entitled ?The boundaries of the relationship between a client and a social worker: a narrative analysis of the stories of boundaries from the perspective upon social workers?, is primarily focused on the area of relationship with a client in social work, on its risks and need of setting boundaries. The main objective of this thesis is using a narrative analysis to identify various areas of boundaries in relationships, reasons that lead social workers to set them up, possible crossing of clients and instruments that are used for regulation. The whole thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part focuses on the methodology of research that was used to choose respondents. It was based on pre-selected criteria and their brief characteristics. The second part is focused on the relationship between a client and a social worker and its progress with regard to building and maintaining boundaries. The third part that is crucial for the entire thesis is fully dedicated to boundaries issue in the relationship with a client, its forms and instruments of regulation. All chapters are accompanied by statements of respondents to complete the whole claim and frame of the thesis.
