The Criminality of the Youth, Possibilities of Prevention and Repression in the Czech republic

Abstract:

Ve své práci se zaměřím na faktory ovlivňující vznik kriminality mládeže, prostředky její prevence a represe. Okrajově nastíním historii kriminality, zmíním hlavní rizikové faktory ovlivňující vznik delikventního chování, zmapuji regionální kriminalitu mládeže. Analyzuji primární, sekundární a terciární prevenci. Podrobněji popíši mezirezortní systém prevence, systém včasné intervence, strategie prevence kriminality mládeže. V neposlední řadě zmíním možnosti policie ČR v prevenci kriminality mládeže a jejich funkci v této oblasti. Popíši represivní opatření, která jsem rozdělila na trestní, výchovná a ochranná, kde podrobněji popíši dvě zařízení, diagnostický a výchovný ústav. V poslední kapitole jsem se zaměřila na druhy alternativních trestů mládeže. Pro praktickou část své bakalářské práce jsem si vybrala techniku sběru dat zvanou dotazník, jehož cílem je zjistit, zda služby nízkoprahových klubů odpovídají potřebám klientů a zda je tato forma prevence optimá-lním řešením problematiky kriminality mládeže.

Abstract:

In my thesis I will focus on the factors of influencing the criminality origins of youth, the ways of its prevention and repression. I will also touch the history of criminality, mention main risk factors influencing the origins of delinquent behavior, map the regional youth criminality. I will analyze primary, secondary and tertiary prevention. I will describe in more detail the interdepartmental system of prevention, the system of early intervention, the strategy of youth criminality prevention. Last but not least, I will mention the possibili-ties of the Czech police in prevention of criminality of youth and its function in this area. I will describe repressive measures which I have divided into penal, educational and protec-tive parts, where I will describe two facilities which are diagnostic and educational institu-tion. In the last chapter I have focused on the kinds of alternative punishments of youth criminality. For the practical part of the thesis. I have chosen the technique of collecting of data which is call the questionnaire which purpose is to find out whether the services of low-perception clubs are in accordance with the needs of the clients and whether the form of prevention is the optimal solution of youth criminality issues.
