Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá etickým kodexem pracovníků ve vybrané firmě. Jako pozorovanou firmu pro tuto práci byla vybrána společnost EGE, spol. s.r.o. v Českých Budějovicích. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoreticko-metodická část, je zaměřena především na pojmy etika, podnikatelská etika a etický kodex. Jsou zde objasněny další poznatky ohledně tématu. Abstract:
This bachelor’s thesis investigates the code of ethics for workers in a selected company. The company observed for this study was the corporation EGE, spol. s.r.o. in Ceske Budejovice. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is a theoretic-methodical part, focused on the concepts of ethics and the code of ethics in enterprise.
