Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit a optimalizovat metodu pro stanovení mědi v červeném víně a metodu pro stanovení dusičnanů ve vodách. Za tímto účelem byl použit elektrochemický analyzátor EcaFlow 150 GLP. Tento přístroj byl nově pořízen koncem července 2009 Ústavem chemie od slovenské firmy Istran. Abstract:
The goal of this work was to create and optimize method for the determination of copper in red wine and the determination of nitrates in waters. For this purpose was used eletrochemical analyzer EcaFlow 150 GLP. This instrument was acquired newly in late July of year 2009 by Department of chemistry from Slovak company Istran.
