Tématem bakalářské práce jsou právní normy upravující podnikání. V první části práce se věnuji jednotlivým pojmům – právní norma, podnikatel, podnikání. Druhá kapitola nabízí rozbor živnostenského zákona s poukazem na novely tohoto zákona. The theme of the bachelor thesis is legal rules adjusting entrepreneurship. The first part of the thesis deals with single terms – a legal rule, an entrepreneur, entrepreneurship. The second part focuses on the analysis of the Trade Law with reference to the amendment of this act.
