Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá věcnou a místní příslušností správních orgánů rozhodujících o dopravních přestupcích, druhy správního řízení, ve kterých příslušné správní orgány dopravní přestupky projednávají, a druhy a formami rozhodnutí o dopravních přestupcích.
Abstract:
This bachelor theses deals with material and territorial competence of administrative agencies deciding on traffic offences, types of administrative proceedings, in which these offences are prosecuted and punished, and types and forms of decisions on these trafic offences.
