Solving of thermal field in two-layer metal-plastic board

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je modelování teplotního pole ve dvouvrstvé desce skládající se z plastu a tenké kovové folie. Tato práce je rozdělena do tří části. V první části jde o lite-rární studii, která je zaměřena na použité materiály v deskách plošných spojů a to nejen kovy a plasty, ale také použitými pojivy a povrchovými laky, které jsou jejich nedílnou součástí. V další části je popsán teoretický základ tohoto problému, tj. nestacionárního ve-dení tepla, jeho okrajových podmínek a vedení tepla v poloohraničeném masivu. Součástí této kapitoly je i matematický model a také speciální funkce, jichž je možno využít při ře-šení. Praktická část práce obsahuje řešení teplotních polí v dvouvrstvé desce tak, aby byla využita k praktickým pokusům v laboratoři a zajistila možnost optimalizace procesu ohře-vu a chlazení těchto desek.

Abstract:

Object of this work is to make model of heat field in the two-layer board made of plastic and thin metal film. In the first part is background research, which is about materials used in the printed circuit boards and not only metals and plastics, but also cements and surface varnishes, which are integral parts of it. Next part describe theoretical basic of this problem, it means nonlinear stationary heat transfer, its boundary conditions and heat trans-fer in half-limited massif. In this part is also mathematical model and also special func-tions, which is possible to use for. Practical part contain solution of the thermal fields in the two-layer boards to next usage to practical experiments in the laboratory and to ensure possibility of optimization for the heating and cooling process in this boards.
