Possibilities of financing of Social Services - Intervention Centres

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma Možnosti financování sociálních služeb ? intervenční centra. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Cílem teoretické části diplomové práce je popsat možnosti financování sociálních služeb se zaměřením na intervenční centra. Cílem výzkumné části diplomové práce je srovnat financování sociální služby intervenčního centra organizací Bílého kruhu bezpečí a Slezské diakonie. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou je: Jaké jsou shodné prvky ve financování intervenčních center Bílého kruhu bezpečí a Slezské diakonie za rok 2012? První kapitola se zabývá problematikou sociálních služeb. V této kapitole vymezuji sociální služby, okruh oprávněných osob, dále píši o poskytovatelích sociálních služeb a v závěru kapitoly popisuji formy a typy sociálních služeb a konkrétně intervenční centra. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na veřejné zdroje financování a příspěvky nadací a nadačních fondů. Na začátku kapitoly se krátce zastavím u příspěvku na péči, který patří ke zdrojům financování sociálních služeb. V kapitole dále informuji o dotacích státu, územně samosprávných celků a Evropské unie. Dále jsou zde popsány příspěvky nadací a nadačních fondů a na tyto možnosti financování navazuje projektové řízení, které je s těmito konkrétními zdroji financí provázáno. Třetí kapitola přináší přehled dalších možností financování. V kapitole se soustřeďuji na majetek, hospodaření a financování, vlastní zdroje financování a fundraising. Na teoretickou část navazuje výzkumná část. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola prezentují výsledky realizovaného výzkumu.

Abstract:

A thesis is focused on a theme ?Possibilities of the financing of Social Services ? Intervation Centres?. This thesis is divided into a theoretical and research section. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is to describe the possibility of social services financing focusing on intervention centres. The aim of the research part of the thesis is to compare the financing of social service Intervention centres of organization Bílý kruh bezpečí and Silesian diacony. The main research question is: What are the same elements in funding of Intervention Centres Bílý kruh bezpečí and Silesian diacony for the year 2012? The first chapter looks into the social services. In this chapter I delimit social services, circle the beneficiaries, and I then I write about the providers of social services and in the conclusion of the chapter I describe the forms and types of social services and, more specifically, the intervention centres. The second chapter is focused on public sources of funding and contribution of foundations and foundation funds. At the beginning of the chapter I briefly stop at the care benefit, which belongs to the sources of the financing of social services. In the chapter we can find out more about benefits from the state, territorial self-governing units, and the European Union. Then I decribe the benefits from the foundation and foundation funds, continue with the description of these financing options of project management, which are connected with these specific sources of finance. The third chapter provides an overview of other funding options. In chapter I focus on property, management and financing, private sources of finance and fundraising. The theoretical part follows in the research part. The fourth and fifth chapter presents the results of the research.
