Abstract:
Práce se věnuje fenoménu zastarávání překladů a faktorům, které jej ovlivňují. Za názorný příklad byly pro tuto práci vybrány tři české překlady novely Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde Roberta Louise Stevensona pocházející z různých období v rozmezí cca 100 let. Zastarávání překladů je pozorováno na vybraných příkladech z okruhů formy, pásma postav, a kulturně specifických prvků.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the phenomenon of aging in translation and the factors influencing it. The phenomenon was studied on three Czech translations of the novella Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson, released in different time periods in the span of about 100 years.
