Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje šumivým vínům a jejich využitím v gastronomii. Cílem práce je analýza současného stavu v oblasti konzumace šumivých vín v České republice.
Abstract:
This master thesis is devoted to sparkling wines and their use in gastronomy. The objective is to analyze the current state of consumption sparkling wines in the Czech Republic.
