Cílem práce je objasnit externality, získané informace využít k analýze vybrané kladné externality a zhodnotit podporu státu této kladné externality. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje, jaká jsou selhání trhu, popisuje rozdělení kladných externalit, jejich definice, popis a jak vznikají. The main aim is to clear up the externalities in the bachelor thesis, retrieved data are used for description of positive externality and valued the state support of the positive externality.
