Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit faktory ovlivňující vývoj úvěrů na bydlení v České republice. V teoretické části je charakterizován hypotéční úvěr a úvěr ze stavebního spoření. Následně je analyzován vývoj těchto úvěrů na bydlení v České republice v letech 2005-2021. Po této analýze je popsána metodologie a data použitá v praktické části. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out the factors effecting the development of housing loans in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part a mortgage loan and a building savings loan are characterized. Subsequently the development of these housing loans in the Czech Republic in the years 2005-2021 is analysed.
