Tato diplomová práce se věnuje otázce infračervené spektrometrie s Fourierovou transformací. První část popisuje obecnou teorii infračervené spektrometrie, princip spektrometrů a samotného měření vzorků. Praktická část je zaměřena na měření dodaných vzorků pomocí této metody a následné dokázání, zda lze pouze pomocí FT-IR určit tepelné namáhání materiálu. This diploma thesis deals with the problems of the Fourier transform infrared spectometry. The first part describes the basic theory of the infrered spectrometry, principle of the spectrometers and measuring of the samples. The practical part focuses on a practical measuring of the samples with using this method and try to demonstrate if is possible determine by FT-IR thermal stress of the material …more
