Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá recenzními portály a tím, jaký mají vliv na chod hotelu Vista v Ostravě-Zábřehu. V teoretické části práce se zaměřuji na vliv uživatelských hodnocení na kvalitu služeb v ubytovacích zařízeních, zejména na současnou podobu uživatelských recenzí v prostředí internetu. Bachelor thesis deals with review portals and it’s impact on Hotel Vista in Ostrava-Zábřeh. In theoretical part of the thesis I aim at the impact of user reviews on quality of service in accomodation, mainly in curent form of user reviews in internet surroudings.
