This thesis is divided into different parts, in which there is characterized alcohol and its hazards, deal with criminal activity, which is made by perpetrator in connection with unauthorised production and distribution of obnoxious alcohol, main subjects of fighting against this negative phenomenon and also there are proposed possible preventive actions.
