Suggestion for improvement on the motivation in Eurosun plc

Abstract:

Contents and topic of bachelor work is motivation of employees. The productivity and performance of employees depend on several factors, one of them being motivation. Foremost, the aim of this paper is to measure and evaluate employee motivation in Eurosun plc., a czech company manufacturing and dealing in blinds. Subsequently, based on the conducted analysis, suggestions for improvement will be presented. This bachelor work consists of two parts: a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical section comprises an explanation of basic concepts, relative concepts as well as relations between them.The practical part will focus on the above mentioned analysis, which was carried out on the basis of a survey of Eurosun employees. Then, I will assess the obtained results and, accordingly, provide ideas for the improvement of motivation. I came up with several changes and innovations and I hope that they will contribute to overall satisfaction as well as an increase in motivation of the employees , which could eventually result in higher profits for the company. The result of analyse is appreciation and suggestion for the improvement of the motivation system. I suggested a lot of new changes and innovations such as improvement of personal life, ability of employment growt and so on. My new suggestions will give to company satisfaction for employees, higher motivation and higher profit as well.

Abstract:

Obsahom a témou bakalárskej práce je motivácia zamestnancov pri výkone povolania. Práve motivácia je jedným z mnohých faktorov od ktorých závisí efektivita a výkon zamestnancov.Cieľom je vyhodnotiť kvalitu výkonu a mieru efektívnosti zamestnancov v spoločnosti Eurosun, a.s. a na základe danej analýzy navrhnúť zdokonalenie. Bakalárska práca sa skladá z dvoch častí, z teoreticko-metodologickej a prakticko-aplikačnej časti. V teoretickej časti som vysvetlila a rozobrala základné pojmy, pojmy nato nadväzujúce a vzťahy medzi nimi. V aplikačnej časti som sa venovala danej analýze, ktorú som vykonala na základe výskumu so zamestnancami v spoločnosti Eurosun, a.s. Výsledkom analýzy bude zhodnotenie a spracovanie návrhu na zlepšenie systému motivácie. Navrhla som mnoho nových zmien a inovácií ako napríklad: zlepšenie osobného života, možnosť rastu a atď. Moje návrhy prinesú spoločnosti väčšiu spokojnosť zamestnancov, väčšiu motiváciu a taktiež vyšší profit.
