The impact of kinesiotherapy on the pain and the postural stability concerning the lower back pain

Abstract:

Předkládaná práce se zabývá problematikou bolesti a posturální stability u lidí s bolestí dolní části zad. Cílem práce bylo posoudit, zda má vhodně zvolená kinezioterapie pozitivní vliv na bolest a posturální stabilitu u osob s bolestmi v oblasti dolní části zad. Součástí práce bylo také ověření zpracovaného cvičebního programu z hlediska jeho kvality provedení. Diplomová práce navazuje na mou bakalářskou práci "Problematika autoterapie u bolestí dolní části zad" zabývající se návrhem autoterapeutického cvičebního programu u osob s bolestí dolní části zad funkčního charakteru bez neurologické symptomatologie. Studie se zúčastnilo 14 probandů (věk 42,5 ? 14,4 let) s bolestí v dolní části zad bez neurologické symptomatologie. Terapie probíhala 4 týdny formou skupinové kinezioterapie, konající se vždy 2x do týdne. V rámci jednoho týdne byly obě skupinové lekce totožné, aby došlo k lepší fixaci nových pohybových vzorů. Na ně pak navazovala autoterapeutická cvičební videa, a to dle dosavadních dovedností a znalostí dané problematiky probandů. K objektivizaci dat byly využity dotazníky bolesti (The short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire, The Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire a The Oswestry Disability Index) a dynamický chodník h/p/cosmos?Rehawalk?. Z výsledků práce vyplývá, že vhodně zvolená pohybová aktivita, která je pod vedením fyzioterapeuta a je doplněna o dostatečně podrobný autoterapeutický inventář, může pozitivně ovlivnit bolest v dolní části zad a zároveň může přispět k optimalizaci některých sledovaných parametrů stoje v rámci posturální stability.

Abstract:

The presented work deals with the issue of pain and postural stability in people with lower back pain. The aim of the study was to assess whether an appropriately chosen kinesiotherapy has a positive effect on pain and postural structure in people with lower back pain. Part of the work was also the verification of the processed exercise program in terms of its quality of execution. The diploma thesis follows up on my bachelor's thesis "Self-therapy issues of lower back pains" dealing with the design of an autotherapeutic exercise program for people with lower back pain of a functional nature without neurological symptoms. The study included 14 probands (age 42.5 ? 14.4 years) with lower back pain without neurological symptoms. The therapy lasted for 4 weeks in the form of group kinesiotherapy, which took place twice a week. Within one week, both group lessons were identical in order to better fix the new movement patterns. They were then followed by autotherapeutic exercise videos, according to the current skills and knowledge of the issue of probands. The short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire, The Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire and The Oswestry Disability Index and the h/p/cosmos?Rehawalk? dynamic walkway were used to objectify the data. The results show that appropriately selected physical activity, which is under the guidance of a physiotherapist and is supplemented by a sufficiently detailed autotherapeutic inventory, can positively affect lower back pain and also contribute to the optimization of some monitored standing parameters in postural stability.
