Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat míru vlivu internetu na českou občanskou společnost. Definována je občanská společnost v průběhu historie českých zemí a následně České republiky stejně jako v USA, Velké Británii, Německu, Francii a jako opaku k těmto zemím také v Rusku. The aim of this thesis is to explore the potential effect of the Internet on the Czech civil society. This thesis defines civil society throughout the history of the Czech lands and the Czech Republic as well as in the USA, UK, Germany, France and, in contrast to those countries, Russia.
