The aim of the presented diploma thesis is to make a system of quality management in ČSAD Vsetin, a.s. more effective and compliant with ISO 9001:2000 standard. A theoreti-cal part of the work creates fundamental bases of an analytical part, which deals with an analysis of the existing quality management in the company.
