Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat faktory, které ovlivňují problematiku vzniklou výkonem trestu odnětí svobody, od doby před výkonem po dobu po propuštění z výkonu trestu. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explore the factors that affect the issues arising imprisonment, since before the performance for a period after their release from prison. It shows the commitment of state institutions and private companies in issues relating to redundancies.
