Archiving digital documents in an organization
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou archivace elektronických dokumentů. Mapuje současný stav procesu nakládání s digitálními dokumenty v organizaci z hlediska zaběhlé praxe i změn vyžádaných legislativou. Analyzuje problematické faktory čitelnosti, věrohodnosti a uložení digitálních dokumentů a ukazuje možná řešení těchto problematik.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with archiving of electronic documents. It maps the current status of the process of handling digital documents in the organization from the point of view of experience and changes required by legislation. It analyzes problematic factors of legibility, credibility and storage of digital documents and shows possible solutions to these issues.
